I missed last week (like all of last week) due to a flu type thing and am finally back on my feet. My kids purred so much healing into me and patiently waited for my coughing to subside. They knew exactly what I needed.
The day I could not get out of bed they stayed in it with me till after 4 pm. No demands. Not even for treats- they knew I simply couldn’t that day. Then as I gradually got better - they demanded the things that would help me. Like sitting in sunshine. For hours. That’s when I played with this Snapchat filter while Merlin lounged on my lap. The lioness felt like an appropriate photo as we enter a new decade.(!)🌟 Even when there are times we can’t move, either literally because we are sick/depressed, or figuratively for any reason- there is a part of us that can connect with the wisdom of animals. With that innate knowing and power that rests in our hearts. The strength that allows us to reach for whatever is needed to hold and ground a new vision into our reality. For them. For us. For all. ✨ We can still remember and honor that part - even hibernating temporarily in a cave- we can gently gaze at the flickering fire and dream. Dream the vision into existence. I hold the vision of species equality. I hold the vision of honoring and acknowledging animals for the role they play in helping us to awaken. ❤️ For the example they show: Pure divine unconditional love. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ I hold this vision with strength and love and gratitude for the millions who are already helping to ground it into this reality. ✨Happy 2020! Happy new year, happy new decade. ✨Happy dreaming visions awake!✨🥳❤️ I was on holiday and visiting a nearby island off the coast of GA where I met these lovely grackles. I know grackles well-they visit our home all spring and summer. They are very smart and communicate clearly with their eyes and gestures - hardly a need for telepathy with them they are so obvious.
So this group was on a pier by a sink and the water was turned off. They did everything in their power to show us what they needed including pecking at the tap. So I turned it on (low) for them-starting with photo 3 see one happily strutting to the water, drinking it, saying thank you, and the final one is the well hydrated joyful family of grackles. Sometimes wildlife just needs a hand - literally - a helping hand to turn on a faucet and have some water available for them - whether it’s on vacation or a birdbath in the garden. Water is precious to us all and I’ve been receiving a lot of messages lately to infuse the water we drink (and serve to others) with love and healing energy. |
